Hosted by the Internet Society of China (ISC), the 2021 China Internet Rule of Law Conference was organized in Beijing on Nov 18, 2021.

Representatives from government sectors, private sectors, research and academic community, legal profession were invited to discuss and share insights on topics of data security, personal data protection, Internet IP rights protection, compliance management etc.

The Conference was held via online live streaming supported by over 30 media platforms such as Sina Weibo, BJNews.com.cn. 

To promote the development of rule of law on Internet in China, it is proposed to perfect the rule of law system, to promote the co-governance by multi-parties, to protect Internet user's rights and to empower the rule of law through technology, said in the opening remark by Mr. SHANG Bing, Presidet of ISC.
